All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds or accept returns for any services or products unless the item is defective. All sales are considered final.

Defective Physical Products

We accept returns only for defective physical items. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing info@fosterit.co.za. Include:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

To be eligible for a return, the faulty item must be returned in its original packaging, with no damage to the packaging itself.

If the defect is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Return shipping costs may apply unless otherwise agreed.

Digital Products & Services

Due to the nature of digital goods and services—such as templates, downloadable content, or custom design work—no refunds or exchanges are provided once a product has been delivered or a project has commenced.
