  • Domain and hosting setup

  • Website maintenance and support

All services are subject to the agreed scope and may require separate written agreements.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin any project.

  • The balance is due before final handover or website launch.

  • Product upload services (e.g., R3,000 for 40 products) are billed upfront unless otherwise agreed.

  • Additional work beyond the agreed scope will be billed at an hourly rate or a new quote will be provided.

  • Invoices not paid within 7 days of issue are subject to suspension of services and late fees.

4. Project Timelines and Client Responsibilities

  • Project timelines are estimates and depend on client cooperation.

  • Clients must provide all required content (e.g., images, copy, logos) in a timely manner.

  • Delays in providing content may result in timeline extensions or additional costs.

  • Foster I.T. is not responsible for delays caused by client-side issues or third-party services.

5. Revisions and Feedback

  • Up to two rounds of minor revisions are included in most website projects.

  • Additional revisions will be charged at our hourly rate.

  • Final approval must be confirmed in writing (email accepted) before the site is launched or delivered.

6. Website Content and Ownership

  • The client retains ownership of all content they provide.

  • The website design and files become the property of the client once full payment is received.

  • Foster I.T. reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.

7. Third-Party Services

  • Foster I.T. may recommend third-party tools (e.g., plugins, themes, payment gateways).

  • We are not responsible for the functionality, updates, or terms of use of any third-party services.

  • Licensing fees for premium plugins or tools are the client’s responsibility unless included in your quote.

8. Hosting and Maintenance

  • If you host with Foster I.T., hosting is billed annually and includes basic support and backups.

  • Maintenance plans (e.g., updates, security checks) are optional and billed separately.

  • We are not responsible for downtime or issues with external hosting providers not managed by us.

9. Cancellations and Termination

  • Either party may cancel the agreement with written notice.

  • In the event of cancellation, all completed work to date remains payable.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation by the client.

  • Foster I.T. reserves the right to terminate services due to abuse, non-payment, or unreasonable demands.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Foster I.T. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website.

  • No guarantee is made on website traffic, ranking, or business results.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure compliance with their industry regulations and content accuracy.

11. Privacy Policy

  • Client data will be handled with confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties except where required to complete services (e.g., domain registration, hosting setup).

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved under South African jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms
